Develop and maintain close relationships with sellers
Follow-up and deal with merchants' complaints or issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field, coupled with at least 3 years of working experience. Experience in e-commerce industry and client management would be added advantage
Strong communication skills
Proficient in English or Portuguese
