Recommend import and export procedures, instructions and working methods (best practices). Provide support to the Company as it works towards achieving Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status, ensuring ongoing compliance across the business to enable the status to be maintained (including its audit) Support development of the processes and procedures required to standardize and streamline LATAM import and export procedures across the business unit. Update, maintain and ensure accuracy of LATAM customs tariff information in internal systems. Analyze and monitor Drawbacks Support internal and external LATAM audits (COA, Mapa, Receita, AEO...) Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant LATAM laws and regulations. Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies. Investigate irregularities and non-compliance LATAM issues.
