Senior Talent Partner

As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll take the lead in recruiting top-tier talent, with a strategic focus on high-impact technical sales roles. You'll work closely with key business leaders to understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions that drive growth and performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll align talent acquisition strategies with company goals, ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience, and help shape the future of the organization by bringing in exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

• Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Technical Sales roles.


• Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach


• Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer


• Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout


• Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality


• Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts


• Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.


• Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Tech Sales roles


• A strong track record of hiring across Tech Sales/ Solutions Architects


• A passion for tech and understanding of the technical sales cycles


• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
