This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior VIP Relationship Specialist based in Brazil.


We are seeking an experienced relationship management professional to support and grow a portfolio of high-value clients within the digital finance ecosystem.
This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, enhancing customer experiences, and driving long-term loyalty among premium clients.
You will act as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that support business growth.
The position requires strong market knowledge, commercial skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.

Accountabilities:


As a Senior VIP Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, improving engagement initiatives, and supporting business expansion across the region. You will combine relationship-building expertise, market insights, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional experiences for premium customers.



  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic accounts in Brazil.

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships through personalized communication, proactive support, and continuous engagement.

  • Drive client acquisition strategies and identify opportunities to increase customer value and platform adoption.

  • Analyze client behaviors, trading patterns, and business needs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Design and optimize customer relationship processes, account management workflows, and service strategies tailored to the local market.

  • Act as a key connection point between VIP clients and internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.

  • Prepare customer analysis reports and contribute to localized strategies that improve retention, satisfaction, and business performance.

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and customer expectations within the digital asset and financial services landscape.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate has strong experience in client relationship management, financial services, and business development, with the ability to manage complex client portfolios and operate effectively in a global environment.



  • Proven experience managing strategic client relationships, preferably with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private banking clients, brokers, or financial institutions.

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client services within financial services, banking, asset management, fintech, or related industries.

  • Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, digital assets, Web3, or emerging financial technologies is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian and LATAM financial ecosystem, customer behaviors, and market dynamics.

  • Native or bilingual Portuguese proficiency, with strong professional English communication skills for international collaboration.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build trust with sophisticated clients.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify customer needs, and translate insights into business opportunities.

  • Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the future of digital finance.
