• Monitorar e registrar desvios nos processos de importação e exportação.

• Participar de reuniões de alinhamento com agentes de carga, freight forwarders e transportadoras.

• Apoiar as equipes de atendimento ao cliente e planejamento com demandas relacionadas a produtos importados, como esclarecimentos técnicos e cotações.

• Acompanhar embarques Intercompany entre origem e destino, interagindo com agentes de carga, transportadoras e despachantes para garantir visibilidade e controle sobre o processo logístico.

• Responsável por identificar a necessidade de LI, preparar a documentação necessária e acompanhar o processo junto ao regulatório e ao despachante, garantindo que os prazos de desembaraço não impactem a operação.

• Participar ativamente do comitê AEO e apoiar a manutenção da certificação, garantindo conformidade com os requisitos do programa e integridade dos processos.

• Acompanhar todas as etapas do processo de desembaraço aduaneiro, desde a chegada da carga até sua entrega final, resolvendo eventuais pendências.

• Ajustar e revisar documentos como faturas comerciais, packing lists, certificados de origem, conhecimentos de embarque (BL/AWB), garantindo conformidade com a legislação local para evitar problemas aduaneiros.

• Preparar e enviar a documentação necessária ao armazém externo para preparação e expedição da carga.

• Solicitar e agendar a coleta de pedidos com transportadoras, companhias aéreas e empresas marítimas.
