Shopper Insights Client Associate

We are seeking a Junior Shopper Insights Client Associate who is eager to advance their career by becoming a trusted partner to key clients. This role involves building strong relationships to define and deliver on clients' strategic needs, utilizing world-leading customer data to drive change and growth for our clients and the dunnhumby business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing client stakeholders, establishing trust and partnership.


• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for client growth.


• Communicate effectively and impactfully with clients to drive business outcomes.


• Employ a consultative approach to identify client needs and propose relevant solutions.


• Collaborate with solutions managers and media managers to deliver high-impact projects.


• Contribute to the commercial team by working on projects with short and long-term impacts.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.


• Experience in client relationship management is a plus.
