Site Engineer

Ventia is seeking two Site Engineers to join our Telecommunications team, supporting the delivery of fixed network infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where innovation, safety, and excellence are at the forefront.

As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing work packages from design through to completion. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Project Engineers in managing construction execution and reporting


• Monitor and reconcile BOQs and ensure alignment with project progress


• Prepare material orders and manage subcontractor claims


• Maintain accurate project documentation and financial forecasts


• Promote a strong safety culture and uphold Ventia’s safety policies


• Engage in lessons learnt and innovation workshops

About you:

• Engineering qualification or similar (Civil or related)


• Minimum 2 years’ experience on similar Telecommunications projects managing work packages from design through to completion


• Must be proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Index Matches etc)


• Strong communication, integrity, resilience, and a drive for excellence
