Descrição do Emprego - Social, Community & Influencers Manager

We're looking for a Social, Community & Influencers Manager to lead the strategy and operations of Social, Community, and Influencer channels for Wildlife's games, transforming these channels into a platform for player relationships, creator partnerships, and a source of strategic insight for marketing and product.


Our games reach millions of players around the world, and strong communities and creator ecosystems play a key role in shaping how players experience and engage with them. In this role, you will structure and evolve the Social, Community, and Influencer functions for the games under your scope. You will work closely with Product, Creative Strategy, UA, and Marketing teams to ensure that signals from the community, creator ecosystem, and influencer performance are translated into insights that improve the player experience and inform strategic decisions.


You will also establish the processes and routines needed to monitor sentiment, organize feedback, manage paid and organic creator partnerships, scale a Creator Program, and maintain healthy, engaged communities.


What you'll do



  • Lead and develop the Social, Community, and Influencer team, working closely with Product, Creative Strategy, UA, and Marketing to translate community, creator, and influencer insights into product and marketing decisions.

  • Define and evolve the Social and Community strategy for the games under your responsibility, structuring each game's presence across platforms and community channels with consistency of voice, relevant content, and healthy sentiment.

  • Implement processes for community management and social operations, including editorial planning, player sentiment monitoring, feedback organization, and identification of emerging trends and advocates.

  • Own the Influencer channel strategy in partnership with UA and Marketing, covering paid and organic efforts, budget allocation, success metrics, creator selection, agency relationships, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Define the vision and roadmap for the Creator Program, establishing tiers, benefits, and growth paths that connect organic advocates to paid partnerships and give creators a structured relationship with the brand.

  • Ensure campaign and program learnings are documented and translated into updated playbooks, briefings, and strategic recommendations, and present channel performance to stakeholders on a regular cadence.


What we're looking for



  • Experience managing Social Media, Community, Influencer Marketing, or related functions in digital, entertainment, or gaming environments.

  • Strong understanding of brand communication and the ability to interpret community signals and performance data.

  • Experience navigating public conversations and managing communication in high-visibility situations.

  • Familiarity with influencer and creator ecosystems, both paid and organic, including agency management, campaign operations, performance-based strategies, and creator community programs.

  • Ability to structure processes and translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into actionable insights.

  • Experience leading or mentoring team members, with the seniority to interact directly with Product, UA, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
