We are seeking a Solutions Architect Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting our Marketing and Sales teams by designing and implementing solutions that integrate Salesforce with various internal applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM and a proven track record of creating effective solutions for sales organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and architecting robust solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Integrating Salesforce with other internal applications to streamline business processes.
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Influencing high-level leadership to advocate for and drive the adoption of new solutions.

• Specialist-level expertise in the Salesforce system.
• Proven experience in architecting solutions for internal sales teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, especially when engaging with senior leadership.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services
• Familiarity with various programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) and frameworks
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project requirements
