Specialist Sales & Service Support (f/m/d)

Your Challenges

• Support our sales and service organization in day-to-day business as a key back-office partner


• Handle quotation requests, obtain pricing, and support tender and bidding processes


• Monitor ongoing tenders and ensure deadlines and requirements are met


• Support contract management activities (e.g. validity tracking, documentation, obligation monitoring)


• Coordinate service activities, schedules, and provide administrative support for customer projects


• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination


• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of master data and administrative documentation


• Support reporting activities as well as organizational topics (e.g. events, trainings)

Your Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration or a comparable field


• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a sales or service environment


• Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office


• Structured and independent way of working with strong organizational skills


• High customer orientation and a strong service mindset


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions


• Team-oriented with a good understanding of operational processes
