Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and completed sporting events to verify official results.


• Accurately and promptly settle betting markets in accordance with company procedures.


• Investigate, analyze, and resolve settlement discrepancies and result-related issues.


• Ensure compliance with settlement rules, operational guidelines, and internal quality standards.


• Collaborate with internal teams to address market, trading, and settlement queries.


• Maintain exceptional accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail while meeting operational deadlines.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of settlement processes and workflows.
