AGCO is transforming how we deliver digital experiences across our global brands, dealer networks, and customer touchpoints. We are looking for a Business Analyst – AEM as a Cloud Service to support our Marketing Websites and Digital Experience Platforms.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Brand, and Product Owners to deliver scalable, reusable, and data-driven experiences across AGCO’s web ecosystem.
You will play a key role in translating business needs into modern AEM-based solutions, enabling personalized, omnichannel customer journeys and efficient global content operations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

•    4–8+ years as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, web platforms, or CMS environments
•    Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEM as a Cloud Service
•    Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and content lifecycle processes
•    B2B and dealer-driven customer journeys and Campaign management and content lifecycle
•    Omnichannel marketing ecosystems in an Agile/SAFe supported digital environment
