Job Title: Sr Expert, Regional Import & Export, ISOL (Cotia/SP) City: Cotia, São Paulo, Brasil As Sr Expert Regional Import & Export you will be responsible to represents the organization towards Latin America customs authorities & related authorities and is the first point of contact for issues pertaining receipts of goods into the EU. Avoiding issues that affect the regular development of customs clearance. The Sr. Expert, Regional Import & Export, has a pivotal role in shaping, monitoring, optimizing logistics imports and exports operations for customs activities carried out by logistics specialists related to the supply chain (forwarders, customs agents, suppliers, factories, etc.). Your key responsibilities Lead Global Trade Compliance Initiatives Develop and Maintain Compliance Frameworks Support Regional and Global Operations Oversee Documentation and Regulatory Filings Drive Broker Performance and Compliance Reporting Manage Trade Licenses and Exemptions Champion Risk Management and Continuous Improvement Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration You Bring Bachelor's degree/HBO in International Trade, Finance, Logistics Management etc. Proven experience in managing import/export compliance programs, preferably within the LAM regions Possession of a valid customs broker certificate or equivalent is required.
