Sr. Manager, E-commerce Logistics

Manager role focuses on managing the entire e-commerce supply chain for our products—from website availability to last-mile delivery. Your responsibilities will include Last-Mile Excellence: Manage relationships with carriers and couriers to improve delivery speeds and reduce failed delivery rates. Cost Management: Own the logistics budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings through contract negotiations and process automation. Data-Driven Leadership: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), CPO (Cost Per Order), and Inventory Accuracy. Reverse Logistics: Streamline the returns process to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient restocking. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Tech, and Customer Service teams to align logistics capabilities with promotional spikes (e.g., Black Friday). Knowledge of other business areas, such as taxes and tariffs, is a plus. Experience in warehouse implementation management is a strong differentiator. Experience: 7+ years in logistics/supply chain, with at least 3 years specifically in a high-volume e-commerce environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Tech Savvy: Advanced knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERPs, and data visualization tools (like Tableau or PowerBI). Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and external vendors. Analytical Skills: Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for this role.
