The team you will be a part of Our D2C & Digital Marketing teams are responsible for driving the ecommerce strategy and business growth. You will be part of a cross functional regional team (LATAM), that addresses local goals of each specific country and brand. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in a global community of digital experts and talents! This role in summary In this role, you will be responsible for developing performance marketing for ecommerce in Brazil, driving qualified traffic, conversion and ROAS for our brands Brastemp, Consul, KitchenAid, Compra Certa and Compra Direta. This position oversees all the paid media campaigns from multiple channels (Google, Meta, Affiliates, Comparison Engines) and non paid media efforts (SEO, CRM) and you will work closely with Marketing, Commercial and Operations functions. Your responsibilities will include Develop and optimize paid media campaigns in an integrated calendar, delivering from awareness to conversion goals (all sites, media channels and brands); Partner with media channels, executing robust JBP plans (eg Google, Meta); Manage media investment budget, define and track full funnel KPIs targets; Assess and develop organic traffic growth through SEO best practices, working closely with Digital Product team to prioritize roadmaps; Increase non paid media relevance, boosting CRM performance (leads acquisition, audience segmentation, content, commercial policy etc); Partner with the Brand team and Ad. & Digital Agencies to develop communication plans (paid media, CRM, on site, live shopping), improving our creatives performance and brand lift; Improve media dashboards, enabling structured insights and performance management; Foster analytics and measurement capabilities (eg. attribution models, MMM); Accelerate learning through practical use cases and experimentation; Develop a high performance and engaged team, creating a solid pipeline of digital marketing talents. Minimum requirements Bachelor degree; Strong background in digital marketing, focused on performance media; Strong leadership experience, managing complex business and cross functional teams; Advanced English.
