The team you will be a part of We are seeking a high-caliber leader to spearhead our Trade Marketing and Field Execution strategy. In this role, you will be the bridge between commercial planning and retail reality, overseeing a nationwide field force, back-office support, and commercial engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand wins at the "moment of truth" across major national retailers. This role in summary We are seeking a high-caliber leader to spearhead our Trade Marketing and Field Execution strategy. In this role, you will be the bridge between commercial planning and retail reality, overseeing a nationwide field force, back-office support, and commercial engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand wins at the "moment of truth" across major national retailers. Your responsibilities will include Field Execution & Retail Excellence Lead and develop a high-performing Field Force, managing a structure of supervisors and promoters across major national accounts. Drive KPIs related to store activation, share of shelf, planogram compliance, and point-of-purchase (POP) visibility. Manage the operational relationship with major retailers to ensure flawless execution of promotional calendars. Commercial Incentives & Events End-to-end ownership of the Annual Sales Convention and regional commercial events, fostering team alignment and culture. Design and implement Sales Incentive Programs (SPIFFs/Contests) to drive sell-out and reach commercial targets. Manage the budget and ROI analysis for all trade activities and activations. Commercial Back-office & Training Lead the Commercial Back-office team to ensure administrative efficiency and support for the sales force. Oversee the Training & Development department, ensuring the field team and sales partners are experts in our product portfolio and retail execution standards. Minimum requirements Experience: 8+ years in Trade Marketing or Sales Operations, with a proven track record in FMCG or Consumer Electronics sectors. Leadership: Significant experience managing large, decentralized teams and external agencies. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in retail data analysis (Sell-in/Sell-out, ROI, Market Share) and CRM/Field Management tools. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both C-level executives and field staff. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA is highly preferred.
