Successful candidates will need the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment remaining focused on risk, bottom line results and to comply with the requirements of the local regulators.\n\nJob Description:\n\nEssential Responsibilities: \n\n * Provide Treasury support for a key market ensuring regulatory and licensing compliance\n * Manage intercompany funding, cash management, and cash flow forecasting \u0026 budgeting\n * Provide leadership in Treasury system integration activities\n * Assist in managing external debt facilities\n * Develop and maintain key Treasury reports to monitor performance and risk metrics\n * Monitor and report counterparty limits, trading authority limits, and TADP ownership\n * Support Treasury/Risk policy maintenance\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor\u2019s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities \u0026 Preferred Qualifications:\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\n * Be a part of the International Treasury team working to expand the PayPal Brand and support the legal entities in LATAM\n\n * Work closely with the Legal Entity Management to ensure regulatory and licensing compliance\n\n * Responsible for the treasury risk management of the LATAM and Canada entities, i.e. liquidity risk, counterparty risk, market risk, etc.\n\n * Explore opportunities to reduce the operational risk and enhance internal contorls within the complex PayPal ecosystem\n\n * Establish robust capital and liquidity planning for the LATAM entities and explore options/alternatives to support the local entity funding requirements\n\n * Monitoring local regulatory ratio requirements, and establishing action plans to demonstrate continued compliance in appropriate markets\n\n * Develop and maintain key Treasury reports to monitor and track the key metrics in the region\n\n * Ensure treasury operates within the Treasury Governance policies at all times and be aware of individual responsibilities around risk management i.e. Liquidity risk, FX Risk, Counterparty risk, etc.\n\n * Work with Treasury M\u0026A Integration team on incorporating newly acquired businesses into existing LATAM entities at PayPal and standardising governance and processes\n\n * Partner closely with the payment and product teams to support new initiatives in their responsible markets, including development\n\n * Coordinate with the Global Cash Management team to ensure seamless execution for entity\u2019s funding needs\n\n * Develop and Maintain key Treasury reports to monitor and track the key metrics in the region\n\n * Promote the use of AI and automation across the Treasury function to strengthen controls and optimise operations\n\n\n\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n * Requires bachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent, a strong track record of Treasury Management or related experience\n\n * Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy\n\n * Strong project management skills\n\n * Ability to collaborate outside of Treasury organization as Company evolves processes and strategy to new global standards\n\n * Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n * Proven track record in cash and liquidity management, forecasting and capital planning\n\n * Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of Management and regulators\n\n * Ability to work independently\n\n * Previous experience / comfort around working in in a global environment with dispersed teams across time zones\n\n * Familiarity with global liquidity management and risk management structures\n\n\n\n\nSubsidiary:\n\nPayPal\n\nTravel Percent:\n\n0\n\nPayPal does not charge candidates any fees for courses, applications, resume reviews, interviews, background checks, or onboarding.
