Our culture has inspired our diverse team of highly skilled, highly creative, and highly committed individuals for 100 years and we believe the best is yet to come.\n\nThe Senior Market Distribution Planner is responsible for leading the planning and execution of product distribution across markets to ensure high product availability during key selling periods (such as holiday season, Children\u2019s Day, and major promotional events), while optimizing inventory levels and logistics costs.\n\nThis role blends strategic thinking with strong analytical and operational execution and plays a key role in driving sales performance and service levels. You will own the Sales \u0026 Operations Execution (S\u0026OE) process for your market and act as a critical link between local commercial teams and global supply planning.\n\n### \n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n#### Strategic Distribution Planning\n\n * Lead the Distribution Intelligence (DI) process, including alignment of minimum order quantities (MOQs)\n * Translate demand forecasts into allocation plans by channel and customer\n * Define product and customer prioritization during constrained supply scenarios\n\n\n\n#### \n\n#### Inventory Management\n\n * Own inventory policy at SKU and market level, considering ABC classification, seasonality, and product lifecycle\n * Manage inventory projections, distribution, and visibility (including shortages and close\u2011outs)\n * Develop strategies to minimize post\u2011season obsolescence, including liquidation planning\n\n\n\n#### \n\n#### S\u0026OE \u0026 Cross\u2011Functional Leadership\n\n * Lead the S\u0026OE cycle with Sales and Marketing, aligning customer priorities, campaigns, and product launches\n * Partner closely with Global Supply Planning on production planning, imports, and supply constraints\n * Act as the primary point of contact between the market and global supply teams\n\n\n\n#### \n\n#### Execution \u0026 Operational Control\n\n * Manage in\u2011market inventory and customer allocation processes\n * Oversee purchase order (PO) management and sourcing visibility (arrivals, stock cover, risks, and opportunities)\n * Ensure on\u2011time delivery during critical selling windows\n\n\n\n#### \n\n#### KPI Tracking \u0026 Reporting\n\n * Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including:\n * Fill rate by customer\n * In\u2011stock performance\n * Days of inventory\n * Demand vs supply match\n * Shortages visibility\n\n\n\n### \n\n### Qualifications\n\n#### Education\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field\n\n\n\n#### Experience\n\n * 5\u20138+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or planning roles\n * Experience in highly seasonal industries (toys, retail, consumer goods, fashion)\n * Proven experience managing demand peaks, inventory allocation, and supply constraints\n * Experience with import operations (Asia to LATAM) is a plus\n\n\n\n#### Technical Skills\n\n * Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, simulations)\n * Experience working with ERP systems (SAP)\n * Power BI experience preferred\n * Strong understanding of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)\n * Fluent in English, Portugues and Spanish (written and spoken)\n\n\n\n#### Core Competencies\n\n * Strong analytical and strategic thinking\n * Ability to make decisions under pressure, particularly during peak seasons\n * Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across functions\n * Clear and effective communication skills, including with senior leaders\n * Results\u2011driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership\n\n\n\nHasbro is an Equal Opportunities Employer \n\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of the role, and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
