Sr Tax Analyst

JOB PURPOSE 

 Calculate all Brazilian Taxes and review offshore taxes.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• College education required in Business / Accounting / lower


• 
  Prepare IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, Cofins and ISS calculation and fulfillment of ancillary obligations aimed at these taxes (ECF, EFD Contributions and DESIF);


• Submission of all obligations (tax compliance) to all regulatory bodies in Brazil;


• Responsible for delivery deadlines (obligations and collections);


• Review the Tax reports of offshore companies, with the aim of providing documentation, greater control of information and meeting deadlines;


• Support inspections, providing documentation if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College education required in Business / Accounting / lower
  


• Knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation


• Knowledge of Accounting Practices


•  Knowledge of Transfer Price legislation


• Knowledge of US and Swiss general tax practices


• Knowledge of Financial and Commodities Markets;
