Sr Technical NetSuite Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to act as the primary architect and administrator  of our Brazilian subsidiary.  You will lead the planning and design for a migration, and execution of a complex NetSuite OneWorld environment, ensuring seamless operations across our US and Brazilian subsidiaries.

You are the "connective tissue" of our business—bridging the gap between finance, sales, and operations. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in SuiteScript, a mastery of Brazil’s complex tax landscape, and proven experience managing integrations like Boomi to Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Platform Strategy & OneWorld Management

• Lead the configuration and maintenance of our NetSuite OneWorld instance, managing multiple subsidiaries, currencies, and consolidated reporting.


• Optimize the global chart of accounts and intercompany elimination processes to ensure "one version of truth" for international stakeholders.

2. Brazil Localization & Compliance (Sua Especialidade)

• Manage and troubleshoot the Brazil Localization SuiteApp (including BRHub, Electronic Invoicing, and LATAM E-Docs).


• Ensure 100% compliance with Brazilian tax mandates, including SPED (EFD-Reinf, ECF, ECD), CNAB bank files, and CFOP codes.


• Serve as the technical lead for configuring Brazil-specific tax determination rules and withheld tax logic.

3. Advanced Integrations & CPQ

• Assist in managing Boomi middleware layer, maintaining and optimizing the integration flow between NetSuite and Salesforce.


• Configure and maintain NetSuite CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and SuiteBilling to automate the lead-to-cash lifecycle for complex, multi-currency deal structures.


• Monitor API health and troubleshoot data sync errors between CRM and ERP.

4. Customization & Automation (SuiteCloud)

• Develop and maintain advanced customizations using SuiteScript (2.x), SuiteFlow,  and SuiteTalk.


• Build complex Saved Searches, Dashboards, and Financial Reports (SuiteAnalytics) tailored for both executive leadership and regional managers.

5. User Support & Governance

• Act as the Tier-3 escalation point for global user support.


• Maintain rigorous security protocols, managing roles and permissions across diverse geographic regions.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration with at least 2 years in a Senior/Lead capacity.


• OneWorld Pro: Proven experience implementing or managing NetSuite OneWorld for multinational companies.


• Brazil Expertise: Deep understanding of Brazil's unique tax landscape (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) and how they are handled within NetSuite.


• Technical Stack: * Proficiency in Dell Boomi and Salesforce integration patterns.




• Deep knowledge of SuiteBilling and NetSuite CPQ modules.


• Strong SuiteScript (2.x) and SuiteFlow skills.




• Communication: Fluent in English and Portuguese. You must be able to explain complex tax or technical requirements to stakeholders in both languages.


• Certification: NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification is highly preferred.
