This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Executive in Brazil.
This role is designed for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving revenue growth in the LATAM market. You will play a key role in expanding the business by acquiring new strategic accounts and growing existing ones. The position combines research, account strategy, and customer consulting to create impactful solutions for clients. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success, while leveraging data and CRM insights to guide growth strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence regional market expansion and deliver transformative outcomes for enterprise clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a consultative sales approach are central to success in this role.

Accountabilities:

    • Drive net-new account acquisition in the largest customer segments within LATAM.
    • Build and execute account action plans to identify expansion opportunities.
    • Collaborate with multiple client stakeholders to increase account revenue and adoption.
    • Engage new users and trials to expand product use cases and drive revenue growth.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other teams.
    • Maintain accurate CRM data to inform sales strategy and regional growth initiatives.
    • Use multiple engagement channels (email, phone, social media) to connect with prospects and decision-makers.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue quotas.
    • Requirements:
    • 6+ years of experience in closing deals with tech or SaaS companies in LATAM and Mexico.
    • 1+ years of experience closing enterprise-level deals; experience with seven-figure deals is a plus.
    • Professional proficiency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
    • Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling skills.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with clients.
    • Adaptable and collaborative, able to navigate ambiguity and contribute to a growing team.
    • Curious and growth-oriented, open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
