Strategic Management & Controller Analyst

Position Summary 

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join the core of our operations. This role is essential to ensuring our projects don't just meet deadlines, but deliver real business value. You will be responsible for translating data into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing the department's full financial cycle (CAPEX/OPEX), and acting as the primary interface for vendor management and procurement. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Data Intelligence & Performance 

• Define, monitor, and report on Project KPIs, ensuring full visibility into the health of all initiatives. 

• Translate technical metrics into business benefits, demonstrating financial gains, operational improvements, and process optimization. 

• Develop executive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. 

2. Financial Management (Area Controller) 

• Perform planning, tracking, and monitoring of the departmental Budget (CAPEX and OPEX). 

• Execute all financial routines for the area, ensuring strict compliance with company guidelines. 

• Manage the internal financial workflow: creating purchase orders (POs), tracking deliverables, and submitting service invoices for payment. 

3. Procurement & Vendor Relations 

• Act as the point of contact for vendors to conduct technical and commercial analysis of service proposals. 

• Ensure contract compliance and verify the quality of services before finalizing billing. 

Requirements & Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 

• Financial Expertise: Solid experience in CAPEX/OPEX management and procurement/billing processes. 

• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to convert raw data into business insights (ROI, Payback, Operational Efficiency). 

• Tools: Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow). 

• Preferred: Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or PMP/CAPM certification).
