Supply Chain Coordinator - São Paulo

About Us:

We are a fast-growing micromobility company specializing in electric scooter rentals. Our mission is to make urban transportation more sustainable, accessible, and efficient. As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our supply chain operations and help scale our business.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a seasoned Supply Chain Analyst ready to take the next step in their career. This is a very hands-on and analytical position, with a strong focus on execution and process improvement. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness across our logistics and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize logistics and reduce costs
• Oversee inventory procedures and ensure accuracy in records and reporting
• Evaluate supplier operations and assist in negotiating favorable terms
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and quality standards
• Participate in international purchasing, including communication and negotiation with foreign suppliers
• Coordinate import processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and logistics efficiency
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs and provide regular performance reports
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maintain a smooth supply flow
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of inventory planning and warehouse operations
• Experience with international procurement and import processes
• Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken)
