Job Description:

SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*

The S/4HANA Intercompany CSCL SME will be the regional point of contact for the business for lane definition and ongoing lane maintenance within the S/4HANA Transcend platforms. This role owns lane definitions and Lane Enabling Objects (LEOs), drives harmonization of functional data to ensure correct product flows, supports testing (Pre‑QA/QA), leads assessments and cost estimation for new lanes, and resolves functional data issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Serve as the regional business point of contact for lane definition and maintenance in S/4HANA Transcend platforms Supply Chain Lanes.
  • Perform lane maintenance in S/4 HANA platforms, including lane definition and the definition of Lane Enabling Objects required for each lane, aligned with platform master‑data design.
  • Execute LEO harmonization to ensure functional data required for products to flow correctly through lanes is controlled and accurate.
  • Support new‑lane testing in Pre‑QA and QA environments as needed; validate fixes and close defects.
  • Lead the assessment of proposed new lanes, document findings, and provide inputs required for cost-estimate generation.
  • Support resolution of functional data issues by providing subject-matter expertise to business and data teams.
  • Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain Functions (E2E, PLAN, SOURCE, MAKE, DELIVER, MAKE, Logistics), including managing external suppliers and/or contractors is required
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience participating in ERP implementation projects is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in continuous improvement projects including new physical and systems flows definition is required.
  • Background in processes definition, and degree in business related field is preferred.

SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS

  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP data, and S4H TranSCend platforms Intercompany Logistics Automation, Advanced Intercompany and/or VCAM is a plus.
