Responsabilidades:

  • Atender usuários por telefone, e-mail ou tickets abertos nas ferramentas usadas pela empresa
  • Analisar incidentes/problemas de forma aprofundada, com o objetivo de encontrar a causa raiz e solução definitiva
  • Consultar as documentações técnicas e fontes alternativas de informação, simulando/testando problemas no ambiente
  • Preparar conteúdo programático, material didático e repassar conhecimento aos demais membros da equipe
  • Ser responsável ou apoiar no gerenciamento de níveis de serviços acordado com clientes

   

Qualificação requiridas:

  • 3 anos de experiência em suporte técnico ao cliente
  • Superior Completo ou cursando a partir do 3º semestre em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em banco de dados
  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e conceitos de rede
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas, de comunicação e solução de problemas
  • Fortes habilidades de atendimento ao cliente e capacidade de multitarefa
  • Capacidade de priorizar tarefas e auto gerenciá-las
  • Conhecimento intermediário em lógica de programação (Capacidade de interpretação de códigos desenvolvidos)

  

 Diferencial:

 

  • Inglês e/ou Espanhol.
  • Conhecimento em logística (WMS)
  • Experiência com programação de computadores e conhecimento básico de linguagens de programação de computadores
  • Experiência com sistemas operacionais e rede de computadores
  • Experiência ou conhecimento em soluções de gerenciamento da cadeia de suprimentos
  • Experiência com a plataforma Korber One e os aplicativos K.Motion Warehouse Advantage
