About the Role

Our client is seeking a Systems Integrator / Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain advanced automation workflows and system integrations for a rapidly growing agency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline operations, eliminate manual processes, and create seamless data flows across platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen—capable of developing scaleble solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include building custom automation, integrating multiple software systems, troubleshooting technical challenges, optimizing existing workflows, and implementing innovative solutions that elevate both internal operations and client service delivery.

• 1+ years of experience in systems integration or automation specialist role
• Expert-level proficiency with Go High Level (GHL)
• Advanced experience with Make (formerly Integromat) and Zapier
• Proficiency with n8n and other no-code software
• Experience with ClickUp and AirTable integrations
• Strong background in API integrations and webhooks
• Experience in digital marketing agency environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Detail oriented with ability to test and validate complex workflows
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Proficiency in Google Suite Products, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Understanding of data mapping and transformation
• Experience with CRM integrations and lead management systems
• Ability to document technical processes clearly
• Strong analytical mindset for optimizing workflows

• Schedule: M-F, Business Hours, EST 
• Salary: $2,500
