The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a Talent Account Executive to join our New Business team, focused on acquiring new clients in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities, leading pilot experiences with prospects, and working closely with a partner SDR to build a strong pipeline. This role requires a proactive, hands-on sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.
This is a high-volume sales role — working with a large number of relatively similar, small-sized clients — and success will depend on strong prioritization, strategic pipeline management, and the ability to execute efficiently at scale. At the same time, you will be expected to identify and lead high-potential opportunities that require a more consultative and tailored approach in order to drive outsized results.
