Job Description

What you’ll do

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events, to build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment, delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical disciplines such as software engineering, DevOps, and data science.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview logistics and support employer branding initiatives, representing Guidewire in a professional and engaging manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and outcomes.

What you’ll bring

Required

• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• 4–6 years of experience as a technical recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet hiring deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
• High level of accountability, transparency, and adaptability.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting in global or emerging markets.
• Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
