The role provides tax advisory support to the Brazilian business, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of Brazilian tax legislation in line with internal policies, governance, and risk management standards. Acting as a trusted advisor, the position supports business decision‑making, monitors regulatory changes — including Brazil’s Tax Reform — and assesses their impacts on transactions and initiatives. This role is advisory in nature and does not own operational tax execution or cross‑functional projects. 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide tax advisory support to the Brazilian business across commercial initiatives, product launches, and strategic transactions.


• Support the implementation and impact assessment of Brazil’s Tax Reform, in coordination with the Head of Tax.


• Act as the main point of contact for tax advisory matters, escalating complex or high‑risk topics when appropriate.


• Ensure consistent and accurate application of tax compliance (direct and indirect tax), tax rules across entities, processes, and transactions.


• Interface with Finance, Legal, Commercial, Supply Chain, and external advisors to deliver pragmatic tax guidance.


• Provide technical guidance and supervision to tax analysts, strengthening Tax data analysis quality and team capability.


• Support documentation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives related to tax processes and controls.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields.


• Minimum 7 years of tax experience within multinational environments (industrial, manufacturing, or wholesale).


• Solid background in Brazilian tax compliance and advisory, including selective taxes.


• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.


• Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus).


• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
