GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:

Responsible for record, verification and execution of transactions of invoice processing, exclusively for writer invoice and for tax purposes, with a low/medium level of complexity according to process documentation.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

This role will have interaction with multiple stakeholders as operations team at plataform, R2R and S2P at SSCDN, including Costa Rica and external process part that is taken in India;

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Must have:

• Academic degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related area.
• Capability to understand complexity of changes with respect to business, regulatory environment and sense of urgency.
• Capability to collaborate and teamwork.
• Availability to work on-site once a week in São José dos Campos.

Nice to Have:

• Foundational level of process and improvements. Experience in SAP, desirable Mastersaf. Supporting Tax on systems and automation projects (SAP/Mastersaf)
• English language intermediate in spoken and writing
• Perform controls and KPIs
