Descrição do Emprego - Team Lead, Sales Development

The Role You'll Play



  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline targets

  • Run regular 1:1s, team huddles, call reviews, and ongoing skills development (messaging, discovery, objection handling)

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ramp plans for new SDRs

  • Ensure consistent execution across outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, sequences) and inbound follow-up SLAs

  • Monitor performance dashboards and quality metrics (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, show rates)

  • Improve playbooks, cadences, talk tracks, and qualification frameworks

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy; ensure best practices in Salesforce

  • Track weekly/monthly performance against goals, identify risks early, and implement corrective action plans.

  • Provide insights to Sales Leadership on pipeline generation trends and rep development needs.


 


 The Experience You’ll Bring



  • 3–6+ years in Sales Development / BDR/SDR roles, with 1–3+ years in a leadership or coaching capacity (people management or senior/lead role)

  • Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed SDR targets (meetings, pipeline, conversion metrics)

  • Strong coaching skills with experience improving rep performance through structured feedback

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
