Technical Account Manager Fuel Ethanol (Grains)

This role focuses on fuel ethanol production from grains (e.g., corn-based fermentation processes), supporting customers in optimizing performance and maximizing yield in industrial fermentation environments.

This role can be based in Castelo Branco, SP or preferably suited for candidates based in Goiás, ideally in Goiânia or Rio Verde. Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Drive sales growth in the grain-based fuel ethanol segment by owning targets, building pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities
• Expand footprint within existing grain ethanol producer accounts and develop strategic growth plans
• Lead the full commercial process from opportunity identification to deal closure and negotiation
• Translate technical fermentation and enzyme performance into clear economic value for customers
• Provide hands-on technical support in grain ethanol plants, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Identify customer challenges in yield, fermentation performance, and process stability, converting them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate closely with Technical Services, Applications, and Marketing teams to deliver aligned solutions
• Build strong, multi-level customer relationships across plant, technical, and commercial stakeholders
• Deliver structured business updates, including account plans, pipeline tracking, and actionable insights

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Engineering degree (Chemical, Biochemical or related field)
• Experience in grain-based ethanol production or industrial fermentation environments.
• Highly proactive, business development–driven professional with a consistent track record of building pipeline and successfully closing new opportunities.
• Strong ability to convert technical knowledge into commercial opportunities
• Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English proficiency required.
• Ability to influence both plant-level stakeholders and business decision-makers
• Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented and cross-functional approach
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with problem-solving capabilities
