Your main responsibilities Development of Dairy formulations and applications across various categories (Dairy drinks, fermented and non-fermeted, modifiers, anologues and others) to showcase dsm-firmenich portafolio (taste solutions + ingredients solutions such as hydrocolloids, plant-proteins, cultures and enzymes) Contribute to applications that demonstrate the value of the dsm-firmenich portfolio while ensuring compliance with legal, cost, client, and application requirements Create new concepts based on market trends for proactive presentations and in replicating existing products and flavor blends. *Be at customer to present applications and capture new demands/projects. Troubleshoot formulation challenges and optimizing ingredient interactions to improve product stability, taste, and functionality. You Bring Batchelor of Science in Food Science, Food Process Engineering or related relevant field. Experience in the food industry Demonstrated working knowledge in dairy products formulation and applications across various categories Ability to work in labs and pilot plant (UHT) environments Needs to be collaborative and a great team worker Able to organize projects, timelines, and personal accountability.
