Fornece suporte específico de manutenção às plantas. Mantém e conserta todos os tipos de equipamentos dentro conhecimento e experiência do ofício. Requer habilidades técnicas básicas estabelecidas para executar uma série de atividades de trabalho de rotina usando processos e métodos existentes.

Responsabilidades / Duties

• Diagnostica e corrige os problemas do equipamento.

• Calibração de instrumentos

• Conclui atividades de manutenção preventiva.

• Verifica o dimensionamento de componentes e peças.

• Especifica, requisita e instala equipamentos.

• Coordena peças sobressalentes de manutenção.

• Auxilia no planejamento, priorização e programação de manutenção por meio do planejador de manutenção.

• Configura e calibra, testa, mede e conserta todos os tipos de controles e instrumentos com variáveis pneumáticas, elétricas e eletrônicas.

• Repara, mantém e instala equipamentos e máquinas que são utilizados no processo.

• Resolve problemas e realiza a análise de falhas

• Coleta dados de operação e histórico de equipamentos para facilitar melhorias de confiabilidade.

• Trabalha dentro dos Processos de Trabalho de Manutenção estabelecidos e ajuda a resolver problemas.

Experiência

• Técnico em elétrica e instrumentação

• Conhecimento em CLP

• NR-10

Habilidades:

• Manutenção preventiva.

• Proatividade em resolução de problemas.

• Manutenção corretiva.
