Temporary talent acquisition partner

We re looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join CAF s team temporarily.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for reaching, matching, and engaging the best Talents in the market for different areas, especially in Technology, Product and Engineering. A successful candidate will be able to manage expectations with Senior Hiring Managers ensuring a great customer relationship based on a data-driven mindset and strong negotiation skills. We offer you a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high level exposure in different initiatives and projects.

What you ll do

• Work in global open positions, especially focused in Technology, Engineering and Product.

• Pre-screen and interview candidates, matching and engaging them for the best opportunities.

• Ensure a great Candidate Experience, using your expertise to guide the candidates through the process, keeping a close communication.

• Work close to Hiring Managers, advising, supporting and negotiating expectations and priorities.

• Use your expertise to bring impact to different initiatives such as Employer Branding, D&I, Referral, and others.

• Apply a data-driven mindset consistently keeping your KPIs in mind, ensuring an efficient process focused on qualified candidates.

What you ll need

• Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

• Advanced English language proficiency.

• Strong experience in Tech positions, working with hiring managers and candidates from different countries.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Familiarity with Product and Engineering positions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/roles simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, capable of effectively interacting with managers and external partners.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• High emotional intelligence, experience building relationships internally and externally
