We are seeking a proactive Creator Partnerships Specialist to support influencer marketing campaigns and creator relationship management.
The role focuses on coordinating creator operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining strong partnerships.
You will manage the full creator lifecycle, from outreach and negotiation to content review and payment coordination.

Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for supporting creator partnership operations, ensuring campaigns run efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with creators and stakeholders. The professional will coordinate workflows, track performance, and contribute to the successful delivery of creator-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign projects and provide daily operational support to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage creator outreach, communication, negotiations, and relationship development at scale.
- Own creator pipeline management, including outreach, contracts, content approvals, and payment follow-ups.
- Review creator content submissions and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Prepare, send, and track creator agreements while ensuring payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and tracking systems for creator status, deliverables, spending, and campaign performance.
- Monitor creator relationships and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or disputes.
- Escalate relevant issues with clear context and recommended actions.
- Follow established processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure operational consistency.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience managing partnerships, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate multiple creator relationships effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, TikTok, and similar platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and partner relationships simultaneously.
- Experience creating and maintaining tracking systems, reports, and operational dashboards.
- Ability to independently manage negotiations, approvals, and routine partnership activities while knowing when to escalate matters.
- Availability to handle time-sensitive creator communications when required.
- Proven ability to deliver tasks accurately, consistently, and within deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Reliable personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
