Training Analyst

About the role

The Training Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, preparation, and coordination of training initiatives across the Operations area. This includes developing training materials, coordinating onboarding and refresher sessions for internal teams and BPO partners, and ensuring that all content is aligned with business needs.

What you will bring:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years;


• Education: Completed Higher Education;


• Fluent English (written, spoken and reading);


• Knowledge of training tools and formats (e.g., LMS, slide decks, live facilitation);


• Familiarity with Power Point and Excel;


• Basic understanding of operational processes (especially CX or backoffice). 

• Basic data analysis and reporting;


• Experience with project coordination;


• Exposure to BPO environments or service operations.

• Coordinate onboarding or refresher training sessions for internal teams or BPOs;


• Work with the Training Specialist and Ops teams to collect input for training content;


• Create or update training decks and materials;


• Track training attendance, feedback, and completion rates;


• Support updates to training documentation;


• Align with internal and external stakeholders for scheduling and delivery; 


• Support the development and maintenance of training content for internal and external (BPO) teams.
