Key Responsibilities
- Provide a visible and professional security presence to detect and deter threats
- Conduct fixed-post, mobile, and foot patrols to ensure safety and compliance
- Monitor entrances, exits, perimeters, and surrounding areas through roving patrols
- Enforce site-specific protocols and respond to trespassing or unauthorized activity
- Report, delay, or detain individuals who violate policies or exhibit threatening behavior
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Monitor vehicular and pedestrian traffic, conduct traffic control as needed
- Respond to and report on incidents accurately and promptly
- Conduct regular threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments on-site
- Exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment and during emergencies
- Maintain a courteous, customer-service-focused demeanor while remaining vigilant
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive and proprietary information
- Perform special assignments and duties as directed by supervisors or site leadership

Experience and Education
- Must provide credible references and I-9 documentation
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass a background check
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- CPR, first aid, and crowd control experience a plus
