As the VP Of Sales Exclusive Ad Partners specializing in sales media products, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and revenue within the media industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Business Development:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media partners to drive business growth and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue potential.

Sales Operations:

  • Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, share best practices, and coordinate activities to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the media industry, with a focus on marketing and sales media products.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
