All about the role:

The Head of Product Line is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision of a full product portfolio, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and long-term growth. This role leads cross-functional teams, oversees the full product lifecycle, and acts as the primary business owner for the product line, identifying market opportunities and driving innovation.

As the Head of Product Line, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the area, moving Electrolux towards better results in profitability and optimization in accordance with the wider global and regional agenda. In detail, you will:

- Set the strategic direction for the Product Line area, establishing purpose and business and product strategy (focus categories, regional stars) ensuring its alignment with overall company objectives and business goals;
- Set the Product Line OKR (Objectives and Key Results) as well as strategies for pricing, positioning and sourcing; 
- Foster innovation within product and service development, facilitating integration between new and current processes, and promoting the optimization of the portfolio plan; 
- Own and lead the sector's generation plan, the Integrated Product Plan, and take part in global product planning meetings;
- Manage budgetary and investment decisions, and define directions for Advanced Development, technology roadmaps, Scouting and subsequent applications; 
- Ensure delivery of products according with our standards of quality and cost and pre-established timing and specifications;

- Own the P&L of the product line, ensuring revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization;

- Develop business cases and justify investments for new initiatives;
- Monitor product development processes from concept to launch, taking into account all technical aspects involved in production.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree, preferably in Product Marketing, Business Management, Innovation;
- Solid experience within the Product Line area and P&L management as well as leading multicultural teams;

- Proven track record managing complex product portfolios and delivering measurable business results;

- Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies;

- Strong business orientation, analytical and strategic thinking, and financial acumen;

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;

- Advanced English and Spanish.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey;

Or based at the Curitiba administrative office, located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams
