What you’ll do:

• Achieve quarterly and yearly RS sales targets in LATAM that align with the company’s strategic plan.
• Be the Enovis RS product champion by building education and training material in Enovis Academy, promoting to HCPs & distributors, spearhead best practices across LATAM market, through O2O (online to offline).
• Encourage local key opinion leaders and influencers' towards positive recommendation of Enovis RS products in local clinical guidelines by communicating their medical and economic advantages, share latest evidence-based practices.
• Provide technical support, training, conduct events, visits to build relationships with existing and prospective customers and local medical associations.
• Work closely with the sales team, to support distributors of activities including medical exhibitions, conferences, seminars, as well as marketing through medical retail and online channels.
• Adapt & localize Enovis international new product launches to local markets.
• Gather market intelligence and plan related strategies for market expansion.
• General Marketing Support to Export Business Unit.
• Social Media management.

What we need:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree – In Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Sports Sciences, Biomedical, or Healthcare is mandatory.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, good command of written and spoken English.
• 5 y experience in the Medical Device or Biomedical industry.
• Experience in partnering with distributors in B2B model.
• A passion for change and delivering value to customers.
• The ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with a range of individuals at all levels in the organization.
• Regulatory affairs management.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritization skills to balance key priorities.
• A ‘can do’ attitude that will lead by example and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
• Strong structured communication skills (especially listening) that works for all audiences.
