Lead the X-Category projects under Salty once this position is the most Senior position reporting to Salty Mkt VPGuarantee our step market share and ROIThis position will be responsible for R$2.2bi of NR a 0.17% NOPBT and will manage R$75mm of A&M (67% of our investment)Considering our Acelera PBF strategy, the main challenge in the position is to bring our potatoes and value branda business to a positive nopbt close to 10%This position will be accountable for setting effective and sustainable long-term strategies for all segments mentioned (PC and Value), as well as the marketing agenda for the annual operating plan in tight partnership with the Global Snack Group and with Latam Sector. Influences and works close to Global and Regional partners, as well as local functional counterparts and AGENCY PARTNERS IN ORDER TO DEFINE AN EFFICIENT BRAND STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENT AN EFFECTIVE IN MARKET EXECUTION OF THE PLANS. QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: Master Degree in Business Adm or MKT desired
