About the Role

Product Marketers are experts who combine deep market, commerce, and product knowledge to drive high-performance conversations and unlock business outcomes through go-to-market, retention, and optimization strategies. As a Product Marketing Leader, you will lead this team and be the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and achieve results. As a Leader of the Product Marketing team, you know our competitors like the back of your hand, and you know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn’t guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive product adoption. Working together with the other Core Marketing areas, developing positioning, messaging, and marketing programs that resonate with buyers and empower our sales channels to be successful.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You will lead the collaboration with product managers and sales channels to develop innovative programs that improve sales and marketing effectiveness and drive demand.

What will you do

  • Manage the Product Marketing team (6 Product Managers)
  • Position Product Marketing as a proactive and strategic area that works hand-in-hand with other Core Marketing areas, Regional teams and Product teams to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Partner with sales and product teams from early on, from product discovery to launch to sunset.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market and product strategies.
  • Lead and be accountable for product launches, from establishing phased roadmap with product, to planning, executing, and enabling all regional marketing, sales, and CX teams.
  • Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our positioning, buyers, users and influencers’ needs, our product capabilities, and its benefits.
  • Work with other Core Marketing areas to develop messaging and campaigns to accelerate product and business goals and translate technical concepts into relevant marketing messages.
  • Collaborate in ICPs definitions and influence demand generation aligned with them
  • Craft ddressable market lists to track product adoption (new logos and up/cross-sell), retention, and optimization
  • Drive Analyst Relations initiatives (RFIs, demos, inquiry sessions,etc)
  • Support sales enablement initiatives

Who you are

  • 9+ years experience in SaaS product marketing.
  • 9+ years experience with product marketing applied to mid to enterprise-level B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience with leading and coordinating initiatives across product and sales & marketing organizations.
  • Craft obsession and deeply care about consistency, tone of voice, and look-and-feel of our brand.
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results.
  • Systemic thinking to provide simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Great communication skills to talk about our work, product, and industry in an engaging and easy to understand way.
  • Digital commerce experience.
