AJC International: Logistics & Account Management Intern

Job Summary:
AJC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks related to international trade. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment and develop essential skills for a future career in the commercial and logistics areas.

Scope of Responsibility:

• Maintain communication with customers regarding international export shipments


• Update order status, inventory, and shipping schedules


• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Credit, Logistics)


• Track containers and ensure timely delivery of goods


• Support issue resolution and customer service follow-up


• Assist with reporting and contract compliance tracking


• Keep organized client contact lists and profiles

Education & Experience:

Computer Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
