AJC International: Procurement Intern

Job Summary:
AJC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team.
In this role, you will support the commercial team with various administrative and operational tasks related to international trade and logistics. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to the dynamics of a global business environment and develop key skills in the commercial area.

Scope of Responsibility:

• Issue and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with negotiated terms.


• Prepare daily reports on closed deals and active orders.


• Conduct market analysis and monitor supplier inquiries.


• Ensure compliance between PO and SO delivery dates.


• Track updates from the Ministry of Agriculture on relevant plants.

Education & Experience:

• Students of Business Administration (with a focus or degree in International Trade, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Services, or International Business), Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields is required.

Language Requirements:

• Candidates must speak, read, and write English fluently. Proficiency in a second language, especially Spanish is ideal.

Computer Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
