YOUR ROLE 

This outstanding opportunity allows technically-minded students to broaden their system engineering skills and application knowledge, while gaining sales and marketing experience. Our vibrant and dynamic team-oriented work environment offers exposure to a variety of state-of-the art applications technology each day. 

As an intern you will play a key role in helping to secure ST customer commitments and win business by working with our FAE's (Field Applications Engineers) and marketing teams to support customers’ engineering teams who are developing a wide variety of applications. The primary area of focus will be MCU (microcontroller) applications across a wide range of electronic markets using ST’s ARM Cortex-M based STM32 family.

To be effective in this role, the intern is expected to:

• Work closely with the FAE and marketing teams to align proper product offering to end customer opportunities


• Take customers’ designs to revenue by providing prompt and thorough technical support assistance to the FAE and marketing teams for on-going design activity

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Student currently pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering


• Experience with embedded systems such as microcontrollers and sensors 


• Code development and debugging skills in assembly and embedded C


• Hardware troubleshooting skills using an oscilloscope, multimeter, protocol analyzers and signal generators


• Knowledge of Python script for test automation


• Solid verbal and written communication skills


• Proficiency in English is mandatory
