Apprentice

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Word processing, filing and scheduling;


• Provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary (SAP, Ifollower…);


• Responds to general inquiries from management, employees and clients inside and outside of the company;


• Schedules meetings and conferences;


• Assists on daily tasks;


• Prepares internal and external correspondence;


• Organize and prepare document archive;


• Other duties as assigned.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Skill in use of MS Office;


• Dependability and ability to follow instructions;


• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
