Apprentice

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Support day-to-day administrative activities within the Logistics department;


• Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents;


• Assist with completing and monitoring spreadsheets and reports;


• Enter and update information in internal systems;


• Support process control and follow-up of operational tasks;


• Assist with sending and receiving emails;


• Help manage logistics documentation (e.g., invoices, AWBs, BLs, etc.);


• Assist with basic shipment tracking and deadline monitoring;


• Provide support to internal teams as needed and according to business demands.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Skill in use of MS Office;


• Dependability and ability to follow instructions;


• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
