Contract Management Intern

Role Summary:

Flowserve is seeking an intern to act as an intermediary between the contract management area.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor contract schedules;

• Review order portfolio, making all necessary adjustments (price, payment terms, agreed date, etc.) to enable the responsible area to make the order available for billing;

• Work towards timely deliveries, interacting with other areas to identify daily bottlenecks;

• Report and act on any failures or incidents that may occur in the order flow;

• Daily interface with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering teams; 

• Daily interface with clients;

• Keep the commercial area informed about the loading and delivery schedule of orders and proposal requests;

• Analyze and follow up on department reports;

• Other assigned functions.

Requirements:

• Currently studying Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, up to the beginning of the 4th year in 2026;

• Advanced knowledge of Excel;

• Intermediate English;

• Willing to perform administrative functions;

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, optimistic, and good communication skills to deal with clients;

• Consultative profile, articulate, and oriented toward good interpersonal relationships;

• Teamwork ability and adaptability to a dynamic environment;

• Resident in São Caetano do Sul or the Greater ABC region;

• Availability: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Office package, MS Project;

• Advanced English.
