Seu novo cargo:

O Estagiário de Vendas auxilia a equipe de vendas (Universal) no lançamento de todas as reservas recebidas no sistema e oferece suporte na distribuição do KDM para todos os cinemas do país. Além disso, o Estagiário de Vendas compartilha semanalmente com a equipe de Vendas informações sobre o número de locais, telas, formatos e vendas antecipadas de ingressos (quando aplicável). Essas informações também são compartilhadas com os demais departamentos da Divisão de Cinema. O Estagiário de Vendas precisa se comunicar com todos os exibidores para auxiliá-los com questões relacionadas ao KDM e também coletar com eles as informações necessárias para a equipe de reservas.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Criar reservas (50%);
• Gerar e dar suporte a solicitações KDM - rotinas operacionais ( (20%);
• Reuniões com a equipe de vendas (10%);
• Criar relatórios para a equipe de vendas (10%);
• Reuniões com a equipe financeira (10%);

Qualificações e experiência:

• O candidato deve ter habilidades para trabalhar em equipe;
• Também é necessário foco em informações e disciplina na execução das tarefas;
• Capacidade de trabalhar com tarefas operacionais e rotineiras;
• Inglês básico;

Outros requisitos desejáveis:

• Fluência em inglês;
• Ambição de entregar mais do que o solicitado;
• Capacidade de analisar as tarefas com um olhar analítico.
